Delete your Wayfaro account

You can request the deletion of your Wayfaro account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to make the request, what is deleted, and what we are required to keep.

How to request deletion

Send an email to privacy@wayfaro.app from the email address linked to your Wayfaro account, with the subject "Delete my account". If you signed in with Apple or Google, use the email address of that Apple or Google account.

We will verify that the request comes from the account owner and delete the account within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in identifiers (email address, name)
  • Your trip preferences and generated itineraries
  • Any remaining trip credits (deleted credits cannot be restored)
  • Your support conversation history

What we keep

Records of purchases and transactions are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and anonymized diagnostics that are not linked to your account may be retained. Everything else is removed.

Deleting data without closing your account

You can also ask us to delete specific data — for example a saved trip — without deleting your whole account. Email the same address and describe what you want removed.
